Depending on their choice, citizens will be able to apply electronically or digitally. First, using digital application, registration will follow this:
- One can obtain the programme from Google Play Store.
- Your state of residence should be noted together with your national identity number.
- One should enter the visible code and write down your social security number.
- From the drop-down menu, choose registration.
Please fully complete the form including your name and surname, national identity number, social security number.

- To access the official website of the agency, visit https://aadl.com.dz/.
- Select the register option.
- You should get written down your name, surname, national identity number, and social security number.
- Just click "Register".
You should visit the Ministry's website or application on the specified dates without delay as, after you satisfy all of its requirements, the Ministry will not close before you register.
