Ensure that ETECSA access points are directly connected (WIFI_ETECSA). When the window appears, you must enter your Nauta access account information (username and password) to log in.
After you have authenticated, the application will display the "Connection Time" window, from which you can exit the service. When the user is not connected to an ETECSA access point, they will be notified and given the option to disconnect.
Establish a secure connection to the Nauta Service Authentication Portal. Free access to the User Portal without having to type the URL into a browser, activate mobile data, or use ETECSA Wi-Fi.
The Nauta APK automatically performs two steps.
- Check that you are connected to an ETECSA access point, which should show a message with the text "Verifying".
- After connecting to the Nauta Authentication Portal, the message "Connected" appears.
