HDoom is one of the most popular and instantly identifiable mods DOOM has to offer, however, it received its last update in 2018, leaving fans waiting for HDoom's comeback for more than 5 years, and the answer was uncertain for quite some time. That is, until now.
Without the Blood, the Lust for Blood:
HDoom, like Doom, features a relatively similar premise. There is an uncontrollable demonic swarm on Mars (or so I believe). These are large boobed anime-style monsters that must be fought rather than just killed. It is not enough for Doom Guy to simply kill them; he must beat them into submission so that he can strike them. The sparse storytelling here complements the original game quite nicely.
It's as hot as hell:
I like how they decided to keep HDoom as pixelated as possible with respect to the original, or is it because this is a straight-up mod? Anyway, I enjoyed the overall style of this game and thought it to be quite amusing. In the game, there are monsters and demons who look like the Doom creatures we all know and love, but they're hentai lady-style and will have sex with you. It's incredibly cool and a great twist on an old classic.
Have you ever played Doom?
If you've played Doom previously, you'll feel right at home with HDoom. The gameplay is still fast and furious, but with boobs. It's classic Doom with an X*X twist. Fighting hordes of attractive hentai-style creatures, finding keys, and figuring out where to go was quite enjoyable for me. The weapons have also been altered, and I really like them now. You have a big purple chain dildo to mow down your adversaries instead of a chainsaw.
Conclusion:
Putting the Nookie first in HDoom's X*X material isn't something you'll get away with, but it's still very entertaining and cool. When you vanquish one of the creatures, Doom Guy will be able to approach them and have his way with them. It might have been done in high-quality CG, but it was done in the same pixel vintage manner as the rest of the game, which I appreciated. To be honest, I was amused by Doom Guy's little stature.
