How to Play Poké Survivor Online
Getting started with Poké Survivor is easy. Follow these steps to fight your first battle, level up your Pokémon, and overcome the game's challenges.
1. Play without downloading
Open the game in your browser and click "Play" or "Start." If you don't want to create an account, select Guest Mode (if available). Game progress in Guest Mode is saved in your browser and therefore cannot be transferred to other devices or browsers.
2. Choose your partner Pokémon
Choose a Pokémon to accompany you on your adventure. Your partner determines your starting attack style, so choose one that suits your preferred playstyle. As you progress, you can unlock more Pokémon and try different combinations.
3. Move carefully and avoid opponents
Your Pokémon will attack automatically, allowing you to focus on your own moves. Use the keyboard on PC or swipe on mobile devices to move around the arena. Stay away from large groups of opponents and don't get cornered.
4. Upgrade your attacks
Choose from the available upgrades each time you level up. A new attack can improve your coverage at the start of a match, while boosting an existing attack will give you more damage later on. Since your attack slots are limited, choose upgrades that complement each other well.
5. Discover Shiny Pokémon and Legendary Rifts
Explore the world to find rare Shiny Pokémon and unlock more ways to collect them. You can also enter the Rift Arena, where limited-time challenges pit you against Legendary Pokémon. These battles will test your moves, upgrades, and overall strategy.
6. Team Up with Friends
Create a party room and share the code with your friends to play together. Up to four players can battle in a single match. Coordinate your moves and upgrades to increase your chances of surviving the toughest waves.
Tips and Tricks for Pokémon Survivor
1. Keep Moving to Stay Safe
Avoid staying still in one place for too long. Move in a wide circle around groups of enemies so they attack you instead of surrounding you. When the arena gets crowded, quickly change your route and leave enough space to escape.
2. Choose Your Attacks According to the Situation
Pay attention to the enemy type and weather conditions. Some attacks are more effective against certain enemies or in combination with specific arena effects. Don't rely on a single attack for the entire match; change your active attack as needed.
3. Avoid Danger Zones and Attack Supporting Enemies
Watch out for warning circles and lines on the ground that indicate imminent attacks. Dodge before the attack reaches you, especially in boss battles. Try to quickly eliminate enemies that heal and defend themselves, as they can make it much harder for nearby enemies to defeat them.
4. Focus on a Good Upgrade Setup
Don't choose every new attack without considering your current setup. Develop a few useful attacks, upgrade them gradually, and work on their evolutions. Choose upgrades that complement your partner Pokémon and help you defeat opponents in your current game.
