Track Mobile Number / Telephone allows you to determine the location and origin of mobile numbers using HLR lookups. This application will display the provider's name as well as their location of origin. A mobile phone service provider's Home Location Register (HLR) contains information on each SIM card it issues.
Each SIM card has a unique identification number known as an IMSI, which is the primary key for each HLR record. Use HLR to track down and identify the original mobile number. An HLR lookup is used by a track number application to determine an overseas mobile number's location and provider name.
The Track Mobile Number program does not allow you to pinpoint the physical location of the mobile number user, but rather provides information about the SIM card; however, because each provider guarantees the confidentiality of each SIM card user, not all information is made public.
This Track Mobile Number app requires an internet connection to access the database server. To monitor this mobile number, use the monitor Number program. It will display you the number's details.
