Permit the bearer to display and confirm their SCT Federal Digital License
Through secure identification processes, citizens will be able to connect their mobile devices to the mobile application and download a digital copy of their current digital licenses that they have registered with the Secretary and connected to the digital model.
The application will enable the holder to display a digital image of his federal license from the screen of his mobile device in accordance with its format and features. The application will also create a special, individual QR code that can be read by a third party with the license's encrypted data as an added security measure.
