Control Island allows you to build various shortcuts that can be accessible immediately from the front camera's punch hole. Control Island is a new island system designed to improve the usability of your phone or tablet. It's similar to Dynamic Island, but with more features.
Shortcuts are as follows:
- Start the camera.
- Lock the screen.
- The home screen will appear.
- Action to begin backup.
- Turn on the flashlight.
- Start the power menu.
- Take a screenshot.
In addition, several notifications can be displayed via the punch hole of Dynamic Island:
- Low battery
- The battery is charging.
- Music Player
The application requires two high-level permissions:
- Accessibility permission: Access to the status bar's touch events and the ability to launch numerous shortcuts.
- Music notification permission: used to show a media player while music is playing.
