A Pokémon fangame inspired by Venezuelan mythology, urban landscapes, and societies. It is an extremely diverse region, containing plains, forests, sheets, deserts, frozen mountains, marshes, and numerous islands.
Inspired by Venezuela, every event in Venova Adventure transpires in the exquisite and varied Pokémon region of Venova. Its isolation from the rest of the Pokémon universe, despite its location south of Unova, enables Pokémon to thrive in a variety of environments and climates.
The majority of municipal and county names in Venova are derived from scientific nomenclature of fruit trees indigenous to Venezuela. For instance, Pueblo Persea, which is named after the avocado (Persea Americana), and Valle Carica, which is named after the papaya (Carica papaya), are both derived from fruit tree names. The principal metropolis and capital of Venova is Psidiva metropolis.
